Job description:

• We are looking for a senior recruitment consultant who supports our international team in our office in Watford.
• Building relationships to clients and developing a good understanding of clients, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
•  Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies
• Attracting candidates through different medias
• Receiving and reviewing applications
• Managing interviews with candidates and clients
• Preparing CV’s and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
• Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and applicants
• Offering advice to clients and candidates on different topics: pay rates, training and career progression.

Profile of qualifications:

•  Experienced in recruitment  
• Very good communication skills
• An ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
•  Motivated and enthusiastic
•   Self confident and poise.
