    This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Alliances Manager to joinone of EMEA's fastest growing technology company. The EMEA Alliances Manager will be responsible for developing and executing our clients go-to-market Alliance strategy for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The Alliances Manager will report to the SVP EMEA Sales and will ensure that we are aligned with Tier One partners, that we have identified and support our sales team in the penetration of key accounts and markets. The Alliances Manager will point the sales team to opportunities and facilitate significant alliances to help grow our footprint revenue and market awareness.
Major Responsibilties
  • Working in close coordination with the regional sales VP to actively maintain go-to-market and sales strategy for EMEA.

  • Provide Alliance updates for key stakeholders and develop detailed documentation of signed Alliances and impact that these Alliances have on the EMEA business.

  • Develop an Alliance “model” that shows the sales team who and where to partner based on capability and applicability to our client.

  • Ensure that with our Alliances, we participate in various industry tradeshows and events. Working with the regional sales teams and sales management, develop an annual tradeshow and event plan. Ensure the integrity of the business proposition at various trade shows and events and achieve planned lead generation outcomes.

  • Work with marketing and support company communications activities for EMEA.

  • Directly manage our clients alliance marketing budget for EMEA, ensuring effective control over spending and expenses and balanced lead generation and market awareness execution across the different sales territories in the region.

  • Ensure alignment with the VP of Global Alliances in developing a productive partner community and indirect sales channel in EMEA.

  • Continuously promote and position the companies products and product roadmap through interactions with industry analysts, press, customers, and technology partners.

  • Perform other such duties as directed by the SVP, EMEA.

Essential Qualifications
  • A demonstratable proven track record of delivering Alliances Sales.

  • Minimum 10 years experience with a major technology organization. A management track record that demonstrates leadership of teams and collaborative behaviour.

  • Strong business planning and project management skills. Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Strong communication skills, written and oral, absolutely required.

  • College degree or equivalent professional experience required. An MBA or post-graduate business degree is preferred.

  • Previous experience in the enterprise software marketplace preferred.
