We are recruiting for our international client Customer Service Advisors in fluent ENGLISH and GERMAN.
Our client, the fastest growing online fashion retailer in the UK and now one of the biggest global online fashion and beauty retailers. They offer over 50,000 branded and own label product lines across womenswear, menswear, footwear, accessories, jewellery and beauty with approximately 1,500 new product lines being introduced each week.
YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Taking all incoming calls from consumers, resolve customer enquiries and ensure that they are answered courteously and in a timely manner with a positive outcome.
- Update orders and advise customers of any revisions to requested delivery
- Accept new orders from customers by telephone, processing orders and processing payment.
- Dealing with faulty returns and assessing manufacturing faults.
KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
- Minimum 2 years experience in a consumer based customer services role
- Previous wholesale experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Customer service orientated
- Work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with customer focus at all times
- Strong team player with the ability to be able to contribute new ideas
- Attention to detail
